1 package eggroll wrappers, 20 per pack
1 small head green cabbage, shredded
1 package broccoli slaw
3 T. peanut butter
2 T. olive oil
1 T. sesame oil
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. orange marmalade
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Olive oil spray
Seasoned salt/pepper
In a large skillet, heat olive oil.
Add onions and garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add cabbage, and the rest of the ingredients.
Stir and mix until cabbage is cooked. Let cool, about 10 minutes.
On each eggroll wrapper, spoon about 2 T. of cooked cabbage, and wrap like a rolled “envelope”.
Lay 1/3 inch apart, on oil sprayed baking sheet.
Spray eggrolls with olive oil spray.
Bake at 350 oven for 15-20 minutes or until brown

½ tsp garlic powder
red pepper flakes or cayenne powder (optional)
Apple Ginger Dipping Sauce Pineapple Peach Dipping Sauce
½ cup apple sauce ½ cup peaches, canned is okay
1 tsp ginger, chopped ½ cup pineapple
2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tsp dried minced onions
1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp salt
