Spicy Sesame Noodles

Ingredients:
½ box Wheat Noodles, boiled, cooled (product of Italy)
¼ c. Sesame paste (Tahini)
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider, or balsamic)
2 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup
1 tsp Peachy Herbs
1 cup thinly sliced peapods
1 tsp hot chili paste (optional)
Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Chopped green onions
Directions:
Except for noodles, cilantro and green onions, mix all ingredients in a bowl. Toss in noodles, sprinkle with cilantro and green onions. Serve with your favorite chicken or fish dish.
