2 cups black and red rice (or pls use any type rice your family likes)
1 cauliflower head, diced in small pieces (crumbled looking pieces)
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
2 eggs, scrambled
2 tbsp soy sauce or oyster sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp dried Peachy herbs
1 tsp brown sugar
2 cups mix vegetables (carrots, celery, broccoli, pea pods, etc)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
½ cup cilantro chopped, optional
Heat oil in a large deep skillet or wo.
Add onions and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
Add cauliflower, mixed vegetables and rice.
Add soy sauce, dried herbs, sesame oil and brown sugar.
Mix in scrambled eggs.
Top with green onion and cilantro (optional).
