Ingredients
½ lb eye of round (grass fed beef)
1 pack wide rice noodles, ready to use (1 lb)
1 cup pea pods
(or your favorite vegetables: green beans, aspargus, broccoli, carrot, bell peppers)
1 small onion, thin sliced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp coconut oil or EVOO
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp dried Peachy herbs
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (available at Kroger)
1 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup
1 cup bean sprouts (optional)
Directions
Separate wide noodles in a bowl of warm water; or soak dry wide noodle in warm water
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add garlic, ginger and onions.
Add beef (or sliced chicken) and Peachy herbs, cook meat for 3-5 minutes (thin sliced meat cook quite fast.)
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup and vegetables, blend well until vegetables are somewhat tender.
Add beansprouts, serve hot.
