Vegetable Pad Thai




Gather your ingredients and get ready to make this delicious Pad Thai...


  1. Heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sesame Oil in a skillet, then add garlic and onions

  2. Add a scoop of peanut butter and 2 Tbsp. of Oyster Sauce

  3. Toss in a bag of mixed Vegetables. You can find a variety of choices at Kroger

  4. Add 1 Tbsp. of Date Paste or brown sugar or honey

  5. Then 1 cup of Broth

  6. Add 2 Tbsp. of Lime Juice or one whole fresh lime

  7. Add soaked Rice Noodles

  8. Finish with 2 scrambled eggs


It's an easy recipe full of healthy veggies.
