HEALTH SMART COOKING CLASSES
Your health is the main focus of our existence therefore Health Smart Cooking School was created.
classes are conducted by Peachy Seiden, MS, RD, a Registered Dietitian and Recipe Developer.
Peachy discusses nutrition and health while preparing 2 delicious, simple and easy meals.
You will learn cooking techniques as well as gain helpful nutrition information from Peachy's Health and Nutrition Topic of the week. (varies weekly and handouts provided)
While enjoying your lunch, Peachy will answer your Health and Nutrition questions.
Please inform the dietitian of any food intolerance or allergies.
THIS 90 MINUTE CLASS IS NOT 'HANDS ON".

Classes are taught every Saturday from Noon to 1:30 PM (subject to change)
We try to add Wednesday,Thursday or Friday evening classes as time allows, when Saturday classes are not available

Cancellations: When circumstances arise and you are unable to attend the class you are registered for, you may let other person(s) friend or family take your spot(s).
We will honor cancellations up to 3 days before the scheduled class to allow us to contact attendees that were turned down due to limited seating.
In addition, food is purchased for the exact number of attendees.
